The petitioner or guardian on behalf of the petitioner filed a petition alleging domestic abuse under §813.12, Wis. Stats. This court has personal and subject matter jurisdiction. There are reasonable grounds to believe that the respondent has engaged in, or based on the prior conduct of the petitioner and the respondent, may engage in domestic abuse of the petitioner. The petitioner is in imminent danger of physical harm. The court orders a temporary restraining order and sets a date for an injunction hearing. THE COURT ORDERS: 1.
