KELLY Surrogate -------------------------------------------------------------)( In the Matter of the Probate Proceeding of ORDER FOR PRELIMINARY LETTERS TESTAMENTARY File No. - - - - Deceased. -------------------------------------------------------------)( An application by having been filed on requesting the issuance of preliminary letters testamentary, and the court having entertained the application, and the application having established the necessity for the issuance of such letters, it is hereby ORDERED that preliminary letters testamentary issue to upon duly qualifying according to law, and that the executing and filing of a bond (with sufficient surety in the sum of$ is required) (be dispensed with); and it is further ORDERED that said preliminary executor shall retain sole custody and control of all the assets of the estate; and it is further ORDERED that said preliminary executor shall retain custody and preserve all of the papers and records of the deceased and shall make them available for examination and inspection by any person interested in the estate; and it is further ORDERED that said preliminary letters testamentary shall expire one hundred eighty (180) days after the date of issuance.
