Since entry of the PC Appointment Order, the PC has provided reasonable services to the parties as required pursuant to N.C.G.S.§50-97. 2. The PC moves the court to be immediately relieved of his/her duties as PC. 3. The PC believes that the current Parenting Agreement is not in the best interests of the minor child(ren) of the parties, and the PC is therefore unable to serve under the current agreement. 4.
