Date of Separation ______________________ ORDER RELEASING PARENTING COORDINATOR THIS CAUSE, coming on to be heard, and being heard on _______________________________ before the undersigned Judge upon Motion of _____________________________________, Parenting Coordinator (PC) appointed on ________________________, respectfully moves the court for an order releasing the above appointed PC for the following reason(s): 1. Since entry of the PC Appointment Order, the PC has provided reasonable services to the parties as required pursuant to N.C.G.S.§50-97. 2. The PC moves the court to be immediately relieved of his/her duties as PC. 3. The PC believes that the current Parenting Agreement is not in the best interests of the minor child(ren) of the parties, and the PC is therefore unable to serve under the current agreement. 4. The court, on its own motion, for good cause shown, removes the PC. 5. Other: ___________________________________________________________________________.
