Authority of guardian of the estate of minor: 1. duties under §54.19; 2. standard powers under §54.20(1), and 3. powers that do not require court approval under §54.20(3) limited full Guardian of estate of minor's authority: Additional powers requiring court approval under §54.20(2), other than to make gifts, as follows: Bond has been dispensed with by an order of the court requiring guardian of the estate of minor to deposit the individual's funds of $100,000 or less in an insured account of a bank, credit union, savings bank or savings and loan association in the name of the guardian and the ward, and payable only upon further order of the court. No withdrawals may be made from any account without a specific court order. The guardianship of the estate of minor terminates when the minor reaches age 18, upon marriage if the guardianship was not ordered on the grounds of incompetency and if approved by the court, upon death, or when otherwise terminated by the court or when otherwise provided by law. These Letters of Guardianship of the Estate of Minor supersede any previously issued Letters of Guardianship of the Estate of Minor.
