Failure to file the required papers results in the case being automatically dismissed effective on the 46th day after the filing of the petition. It appears that the above-captioned individual Debtor(s) failed to file or timely request an extension of time to file the following papers: List of creditors; Schedule of assets and liabilities (Official Form 6 Schedules A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and H); Summary of Schedules, Schedule of current income and current expenditures (Official Form 6 Schedules I and J. Statement of Debtor(s) financial affairs (Official Form 7); Notice pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 342(b) (Official Form B201 Notice to Individual Consumer Debtors); or Copies of payment advices from any employer of the Debtor(s) for the 60-day period preceding the date the petition was filed.
