What is the estimated total investment in the premises to be licensed? ___________________________________ NOTICE [Authorized by MCL 436.1531(13), (14), (18)] MCL 436.1531(13) requires any person signing this application for an on-premises resort or resort economic development license to verify that he or she attempted to purchase any of the on-premises licenses that are in escrow that do not have a pending transfer on file with the MLCC within the county in which the applicant for the on-premises resort or resort economic development license proposes to operate. These provisions do not apply to an applicant whose proposed licensed business will be located in a city of over 190,000 and less than 300,000 people. Do not apply for an on premises resort or resort economic development license if there is an available quota license in the local governmental unit in which the proposed licensed business will be located.
