Do you or will you operate a full service restaurant that prepares food on the premises, that serves full course meals, that is open to the public a minimum of 5 hours per day, 5 days per week and that has seating for dining for at least 100 persons unless exempted under section 531 of the Michigan Liquor Control Code of 1998, being MCL 436.1531(3)? What is the estimated total investment in the premises to be licensed? ___________________________________ NOTICE [Authorized by MCL 436.1531(13), (14), (18)] MCL 436.1531(13) requires any person signing this application for an on-premises resort or resort economic development license to verify that he or she attempted to purchase any of the on-premises licenses that are in escrow that do not have a pending transfer on file with the MLCC within the county in which the applicant for the on-premises resort or resort economic development license proposes to operate. These provisions do not apply to an applicant whose proposed licensed business will be located in a city of over 190,000 and less than 300,000 people. Do not apply for an on premises resort or resort economic development license if there is an available quota license in the local governmental unit in which the proposed licensed business will be located. I verify that I have attempted to purchase all of the on premises escrowed licenses in this county that do not have pending transfers on file with the MLCC and: I have included copies of letters from persons whose licenses are in escrow that do not want to sell their licenses.
