PROBATE COURT OF ESTATE OF CASE NO. COUNTY, OHIO , DECEASED APPOINTMENT OF APPRAISER The fiduciary appoints to appraise those assets of decedent's estate which do not have readily ascertainable value, and asks the Court to approve the appointment. Subject to Court approval on the amount of such compensation, the fiduciary agrees to pay the appraiser reasonable compensation for his services as part of the expenses of administering the estate.
