The court finds that the case has not been previously converted under 11 U.S.C. § 1112, § 1208, or § 1307, and that the debtor is entitled to be a debtor under chapter 11. A party in interest has filed a motion in accordance with 11 U.S.C. § 706(b) seeking to convert the case to a case under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code (title 11 of the United States Code). The court finds, after notice and a hearing, that the motion should be granted. IT IS ORDERED THAT: 1. 2. This chapter 7 case is converted to a case under chapter 11. The debtor within 14 days of the date of this order shall file a list of the debtor's equity security holders of each class, showing the number and kind of interests registered in the name of each holder and the last known name and address or place of business of each holder, as required by Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 1007(a)(3). The debtor within 14 days of the date of this order shall file the statements and schedules required by Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 1007(b), if such documents have not already been filed. The debtor within 2 days of the date of this order shall file a list of the names, addresses, and amount of claims of the creditors that hold the 20 largest unsecured claims as required by Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 1007(d).
