IN THE CIRCUIT COURT, EIGHTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT, BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA IN THE COUNTY COURT, BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA DIVISION CIVIL CRIMINAL JUVENILE TRAFFIC HUSBAND CASE NUMBER 05 - XXXX-XX BAR CODE LABEL ORDER OF DISMISSAL CLOCK IN WIFE This cause coming on to be heard and it appearing to the Court that The Petitioner Wife Husband failed to appear as required pursuant to Rule 1.611(c)(2), Florida Rules of Civil Procedure; The Petitioners have filed a Stipulation for Dismissal. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above styled cause is hereby dismissed w ithout prejudice w ith thirty (30) days leave for the Petitioner Wife/Husband to file a Amended Petition pursuant to Chapter 61, Florida Statutes. Upon failure of the Petitioner Wife/Husband to file said Amended Petition, this Order shall act as an automatic Order of Dismissal of the Petition for Simplified Dissolution of Marriage; any further Dissolution proceedings w ould require that a new case be filed.
