That the Petitioner has not used due diligence to obtain personal service upon the Respondent. Therefore, the Court Orders: The Motion is denied. The party shall complete service by publication in a newspaper published in this county or as otherwise specified by the Court. Such publication shall be made once weekly for five successive weeks from the date of the Order. The Clerk shall send by certified mail a copy of the process to each person whose address or last known address has been stated in the motion in accordance with §14-10-107(4), C.R.S. The Clerk shall send the information to their local paper to be published by consolidated notice in accordance with §14-10-107(4), C.R.S. and shall post the process on their local bulletin for 30 consecutive days.
