Board of Law Examiners Appointed by the Supreme Court of Texas REQUEST FOR WAIVER OF FIVE-TIME LIMITATION Rule XI(f) provides that an applicant may take no more than five Texas Bar Examinations ("TBE's"); however, for good cause shown, the Board at its discretion may waive this limitation upon such conditions as the Board may prescribe. The burden of proof shall be on the applicant. Do not use this form if you are seeking a waiver of any other rule of the Rules Governing Admission to the Bar of Texas.
