IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR FLORIDA IN RE: ESTATE OF COUNTY, PROBATE DIVISION File No. Division Deceased. ORDER ALLOCATING SPOUSE'S SHARE (lineal descendants are issue of spouse decedent died prior to October 1, 2011) On the petition of for an order allocating spouse's share in the above estate, the court finding that all interested persons have been served proper notice of the petition and hearing, or have waived notice thereof; that the material allegations of the petition are true; that the decedent was survived by a spouse and by lineal descendants, all of whom are lineal descendants of the surviving spouse; and that surviving spouse of the decedent, it is ADJUDGED that is the surviving is the spouse of the decedent and the property described on the attached Schedule A is allocated to the surviving spouse in satisfaction of the right of the surviving spouse to receive the first $________________ of the intestate estate of the decedent; ADJUDGED FURTHER that the balance of the intestate estate is allocated one-half to the surviving spouse, and one-half to the lineal descendants.
