IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR FLORIDA IN RE: ESTATE OF COUNTY, PROBATE DIVISION File No. Division Deceased. NOTICE OF ELECTION TO TAKE ELECTIVE SHARE TO: YOU ARE NOTIFIED that , the surviving spouse of the deceased, or a person authorized by law to act on behalf of the surviving spouse, has filed an Election to Take Elective Share in this estate. A copy of that Election accompanies this notice. The name and address of the attorney for the surviving spouse are as shown on the Election. Any interested person may serve an objection to the Election which shall state with particularity the grounds on which the objection is based. No objection shall be served later than 20 days after service of this copy of the notice of election, exclusive of the day of service, unless the time is extended. The objecting party must serve a copy of the objection on the attorney for the surviving spouse at the address shown on the Election and on the attorney for the personal representative at the address shown below. The original objection must also be filed with the Clerk of this Court. If no objection is timely served, an order determining the surviving spouse's entitlement to the elective share may be entered without further notice.
