IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR FLORIDA IN RE: GUARDIANSHIP OF COUNTY, PROBATE DIVISION File No. Division ORDER ON RESIGNATION OF GUARDIAN The Resignation of guardian of the , the of (the Ward), having been reviewed by the court, and the court finding that the interests of the Ward are protected and will not be placed in jeopardy by petitioner's resignation, and being fully advised, it is ADJUDGED as follows: 1. Notice of the guardian's resignation, together with a copy of this order, shall be served upon the following additional persons: 2. Petitioner shall be relieved of all further duties upon the appointment and qualification of a successor guardian, but shall remain responsible for all duties as guardian until a successor guardian has been appointed and duly qualified, and the acceptance of the resignation shall not exonerate the guardian or the guardian's surety from any liability previously incurred. 3. The guardian and the guardian's surety shall not be discharged until the guardian has filed a true and correct final report of the guardianship and delivered to the successor guardian all guardianship records, copies of all records of medical and personal care, all property of the Ward, and all money due the Ward from the guardian.
