IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR FLORIDA IN RE: GUARDIANSHIP OF COUNTY, PROBATE DIVISION File No. Division ORDER AUTHORIZING PAYMENTS FOR ASSISTANCE OF WARD'S DEPENDENT On the petition of order authorizing payment from the property of for an (the Ward) for assistance of the Ward's dependent, the court finding that the material allegations of the petition are true and being otherwise fully advised, it is ADJUDGED as follows: 1. is a dependent of the Ward within the meaning of Section 744.397, Florida Guardianship Law, is in need of aid and assistance from the property of the Ward, and that the estate of the Ward has the ability to pay for, provide or furnish such aid and assistance without unreasonably jeopardizing the care, support, education and maintenance of the Ward. 2. , as guardian of the property of the Ward, is hereby authorized and directed to pay from the property of the Ward until further order of this court. 3. Receipts, canceled checks or other evidence of such payments shall be a sufficient release of the guardian of the property for payments made pursuant to this order, and the guardian of the property shall not be bound to see to the application of the payments made pursuant to this order.
