Mail the completed form to the Court. Register for Electronic Filing To register for an efiling account, go to: www.nywb.uscourts.gov > CM/ECF > CM/ECF Registration. Once the Court verifies the requirements and prerequisites, an email will be sent to the applicant which contains the efiling credentials. Training Requirements for Attorneys. The form must be mailed to the Court with an original, wet signature. · If No, the applicant MUST complete the following training modules which can be found on the Court's website under the CM/ECF hyperlink.
