Santa Cruz County's ADR process is Judicial Mediation. If the parties agree to Mediation, it is the policy of this Court to assign appropriate cases to mediation without making a determination of the value of the case. Appropriate cases will be assigned to Judicial Mediation from the Case Management Conference Calendar. The parties may stipulate to Mediation prior to the Case Management Conference by written stipulation on local form SUPCV 1012. Case Management Conference Statements and requests for continuances should be submitted at least ten days in advance of the hearing.
