Bail remains fixed at $ ___________. 2. The Application is sufficient, meeting all requirements of Section 1298 of the California Penal Code. The equity in the real property offered as security for bail pursuant to Section 1298 is $______________, which is at least twice the amount of the bail set. 3. The property owners understand the property may be sold if the defendant fails to make any necessary court appearances and the bond is forfeited. 4. The property owners have agreed to keep all liens, encumbrances, property taxes and insurance current while the property bond is in effect and to obtain court approval prior to further encumbering the property. 5.
