FELONIOUS POSSESSION (over one and one-half ounces of marijuana) The juvenile is a delinquent juvenile as defined by G.S. 7B-1501(7) in that on or about the date of offense shown above and in the county named above, the juvenile did unlawfully, willfully and feloniously possess more than one and one-half ounces of marijuana, a controlled substance which is included in Schedule VI of the North Carolina Controlled Substances Act, in violation of G.S. 90-95(3)(a). II. AGGRAVATED MISDEMEANOR POSSESSION (over one-half ounce of marijuana but not more than one and one-half ounces) The juvenile is a delinquent juvenile as defined by G.S. 7B-1501(7) in that on or about the date of offense shown above and in the county named above, the juvenile did unlawfully and willfully possess more than one-half ounce of marijuana but not more than one and one-half ounces of marijuana, a controlled substance which is included in Schedule VI of the North Carolina Controlled Substances Act, in violation of . G.S. 90-95(3)(a). III. SIMPLE MISDEMEANOR POSSESSION (one-half ounce of marijuana or less) The juvenile is a delinquent juvenile as defined by G.S. 7B-1501(7) in that on or about the date of offense shown above and in the county named above, the juvenile did unlawfully and willfully possess marijuana, a controlled substance which is included in Schedule VI of the North Carolina Controlled Substances Act, in violation of G.S. 90-95(3)(a).
