The statement must be filed as presented to the filing office. Any inaccuracies can only be corrected by filing a UCC-3/CNS-3 Amendment. SECURED PARTY NAME: Provide only one secured party name in number 5: an organization's name (5a), or an individual's name (5b) and a complete mailing address for the secured party (5c). 6. COLLATERAL DESCRIPTION: For a UCC-1, a description of collateral is required for filing. If the collateral is filed in Farm Products Central Notice, provide a reasonable description of the property, including the county where the collateral is located. 7. FARM PRODUCTS CENTRAL NOTICE (CNS): Provide the Social Security Number (SSN) or Tax Identification Number (TIN) of the debtor. PRIVACY: For CNS filings, SSN/TIN is required by North Dakota law and the Federal Food Security Act of 1985. The number is used to search CNS filings but is not returned in the search results and is redacted from all copies of the record. 8. Separately list each farm product covered by this statement. Using the table below, provide each product code and the county code where produced. A more specific description of the farm product may be provided including the crop year and/or quantity. If the "Crop Year" and/or "Quantity" are not completed, the statement must apply to "ALL". 9.
