UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF ALABAMA AUDIO HEARING REQUEST Parties who wish to obtain an audio version of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court's proceedings may request a copy by completing the following information. For hearings held after January 18, 2005 a copy will be provided on a CD. Hearings held prior to January 18, 2005 and all hearings held in the Northern Division will only be available by written transcriptions through Lois Robinson and Associates (251) 4791818. The cost for a CD is $26.00 each. Payment is due at the time of pickup. Checks or Money Orders must be made payable to "Clerk, U.S. Bankruptcy Court". All orders received after 3:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day. Once the CD is ready, you will be notified for pickup.
