IN THE CHANCERY COURT OF _______________COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF _________________________________ CIVIL ACTION NO.____________ CERTIFICATION The undersigned is a licensed practicing attorney in the State of Mississippi and as an Officer of the Court certifies to the Court that I have made a personal examination of the court file and: 1. The Executor/Administrator has filed his or her oath. 2. The Executor/Administrator has properly filed his or her bond, or it has been waived by the will or by the sworn petition of all the heirs with entry of an order of the Court authorizing the waiver. 3. The affidavit of known creditors required by ยง 91-7-145 MCA (1972) has been properly executed by the Administrator/Executor and it has been filed. 4. The "Notice to Creditors" proof of publication has been properly filed and the "Notice to Creditors" and "Proof of Publication" meets all the requirements of law. 5. An inventory and appraisal has been done and timely filed or has been waived by the will or all heirs by sworn petition and order so waiving. 6. All accountings have been filed and approved by Court Order (other than the final accounting which is now before the Court) or waived by the will or excused by the Court. 7. All interested parties to this estate have been served with the petition to close and all other closing documents. Further, they have joined in the petition or they have been served with a Rule 81 summons and there is a proper return for each person in the court file or there is a duly executed waiver of process and entry of appearance in the court file that has been signed and dated at least one day after the filing of the petition to close. 8. All probated claims have been paid and evidence of such payment is in the court file or the probated claims will be paid in conjunction with this estate closing and a final report shall be filed so evidencing payment. 9. My attorney fees and expenses have been disclosed to all interested parties and they have no objection thereto.
