LBR 7026-1, at least 21 days before the scheduling order is due which computes to 24 days after the appearance of the defendant) , the parties must confer, make or arrange for the disclosures required by Fed.R.Bankr.P. 7026(a)(1) and develop a proposed discovery plan.
