The Court finds that the application was duly and regularly filed; that the required fees have been paid to the Court Clerk; and that five (5) days notice of said hearing was posted in the Courthouse by the Court Clerk; that copies of the notices were mailed by the Court Clerk to the District Attorney, Sheriff and the Chief of Police of the County Seat; and that no protests have been lodged and that it appears the applicant is qualified.
