The Plaintiff did not satisfactorily prove that there has been a substantial change in his/her income or financial status or in the needs of the child(ren) so as to warrant a modification of child support in accordance with §19-6-19(a). The Plaintiff did not satisfactorily prove there has been a substantial change in the Defendant's income or financial status or in the needs of the child(ren) so as to warrant a modification of child support in accordance with §19-6-19(a).
