Defendant. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Case Management and Settlement Conference authority is delegated to STEPHEN B.R. KELLER, Judge Pro Tem. A challenge to a judge pro tem on the basis of nonagreement must be made within thirty days after notice of the delegation or be deemed waived. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE in the above-entitled case is set for______________ on , in Department 6, 495 Main Street, Placerville, California. At the CASE MANAGEMENT CONFERENCE you will be assigned a Dispute Resolution Conference Date, a Mandatory Settlement Conference Date, and a Trial Date. A CASE MANAGEMENT STATEMENT must be filed and served not less than fifteen (15) court days before the Conference.
