STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA COUNTY OF ) ) IN THE MAGISTRATES COURT PLAINTIFF(S) vs. ) ) ) POST SEIZURE HEARING ORDER ) DEFENDANT(S) CIVIL CASE NUMBER This matter comes before the court upon request for a post-seizure hearing to determine whether the machines in this case are illegal gambling devices in violation of S.C. Code Ann. §12-21-2710 as previously ordered by this court. After examining the machine(s) and reviewing the evidence presented, IT IS SO ORDERED that the machines: Are illegal gambling devices pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. §12-21-2710 and shall be destroyed. Are not illegal gambling devices in violation of S.C. Code Ann. §12-21-2710 and shall be returned to the owner.
