MOTION TO EXTEND TIME FOR CREDIT COUNSELING Debtor, by counsel, hereby moves the Court pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §109(h)(3)(A)(i-iii) for an extension of thirty (30) days from the date of the filing of the petition to obtain credit counseling and file with the Court the certificate from the approved nonprofit budget and credit counseling agency that provided the credit counseling services pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §521(b).
