Woessner, Judge Estate of: Case No: Deceased CONSENT TO POWER TO SELL REAL ESTATE Revised Code, Sec. 2127.011 The undersigned are the surviving spouse and legatees, devisees or heirs of decedent. Each declares that he is an adult. The undersigned empower the fiduciary in the estate, at any time, to sell at public or private sale, or to grant options to buy, or to exchange or re-exchange real estate belonging to the estate, and to execute and deliver the necessary deeds or other conveyances, consistent with law and this power of sale. Any such sale, option, exchange or re-exchange shall be on terms consistent with law and at a price of not less than eighty per cent of the appraised value of the parcel, as shown on the inventory and appraisal filed in this Court. [Check one of the following] The power of sale consented to herein is general, and extends to all real estate in the estate.
