PROBATE COURT OF SUMMIT COUNTY, OHIO GUARDIANSHIP OF_____________________________________________________ CASE NO.___________________ JUDGMENT ORDER TO TERMINATE GUARDIANSHIP OF ESTATE Upon the motion of the Guardian to terminate the guardianship of the estate, the Court finds that the ward's estate is presently ____________________ and therefore pursuant to R.C. 2111.05, the guardianship of the estate is hereby terminated. The Court further finds that the remaining funds shall be paid to _______________________ as custodian to be used solely for the ward's benefit. The bond shall be released upon the Court's approval of the guardian's final account. The guardianship of the person shall remain in effect with new letters issued until further Order of the Court.
