No. 31,274 IN THE PROBATE COURT NO. ONE OF TRAVIS COUNTY, TEXAS ORDER AUTHORIZING INCREASE IN FEES COLLECTED BY THE CLERK FOR ATTORNEYS AD LITEM Comes now the Probate Court Number One of Travis County, Texas, and finds that there is need for an administrative order increasing the amount collected by the Clerk of the Court as court costs to pay for services of attorneys ad litem in each determination of heirship, guardianship, sale of property of a minor without guardianship under Texas Probate Code §889, and sale of property of a ward without guardianship of the estate under Texas Probate Code §890. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that: The Clerk shall collect the sum of three hundred dollars ($300.00) as court costs for the service of an attorney ad litem from each applicant for determination of heirship, guardianship, sale of property of a minor without guardianship under Texas Probate Code §889, and sale of property of a ward without guardianship of the estate under Texas Probate Code §890.
