IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE ___________ JUDICIAL CIRCUIT IN AND FOR ___________________ COUNTY, FLORIDA JUVENILE DIVISION In the Interest of ) ) ) ) ) Case No. a child children ORDER TERMINATING JURISDICTION THIS CAUSE having come before the court on motion to terminate jurisdiction filed by the Department of Children and Family Services and the court being advised in the premises finds the following: 1. The child(ren) was/were previously adjudicated dependent and placed into foster care by order of this court. 2. The child(ren) has/have reached the age of majority and under Florida Statutes, chapter 39, is/are no longer a child/children and no longer subject to the jurisdiction of the juvenile court. THEREFORE, based on these findings of fact, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this court's jurisdiction is terminated.
