NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that all objections of the proposed abandonment shall be in writing and shall be filed with the United States Bankruptcy Court, (insert appropriate mailing address), and a copy of same shall be served on the trustee within fifteen (15) days from the date of mailing of this notice. All objections to the abandonment must state the basis for the objection and shall include a request for hearing if one is desired.
