State of New York County of ss: SERVICE OTHER THAN BY PERSONAL DELIVERY being duly sworn, deposes and says, that I am over 18 years of age and have not served more than 5 papers during th e past year. I reside at The property sought to be recovered is I was unable to serve tenant by personal delivery on day of 20 at oclock. I served the within Substituted Service by gaining admittance to said property and delivering to and leavingcopy thereof personally with a person of suitable age and discretion, who was willing to receive same and who-resided-was employed at said pro perty. Conspicuous By placing a copy thereof under the entrance door Place Service By affixing a copy thereof upon a conspicuous part, to wit: -entrance do or of said property; I was unable to gain admittance threat or to find a person of suitable age and discretion willing to receive same.
