WHEREAS , by order of this Court dated , entered and personally served on the Plaintiff / Defendant, was held and adjudged in contempt of this Court in that Plaintiff / Defendant failed to comply with the terms of the Order of this Court granted on in that: a. Plaintiff / Defendant failed to pay $ representing support arrears; and b. Plaintiff / Defendant has failed to pay the fine of $ imposed upon him / her to cover the other partys costs; and WHEREAS , it has been established to the satisfaction of this Court that Plaintiff / Defendanthas not purged himself / herself of the contempt and remains in contempt of this Court; and WHEREAS , the rights of the Plaintiff / Defendant were im paired,impeded, prejudiced and defeated.
