Obtain Counsel; Notice of all proceedings instituted to establish paternity; Request deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) testing for the determination of inherited characteristics; Request Experts to conduct and interpret said DNA test results and prepare a written document regarding the same, to which they will testify to the nature of such results if deem necessary by this Court; 5. Request the Court to order the expenses of said DNA test be paid by either the person requesting the DNA testing or if the person is found to be indigent, the County of Will; 6. Request the Court to conduct a bench trial on the issue of paternity, custody, and/or visitation; 7. Request a free transcript of these proceedings, for an appeal, should Respondent be found indigent.
