The Court hereby makes the following findings of fact: The Court further finds by a preponderance of the evidence: 1) that the Petitioner or Petitioners family or household member(s) are in danger of or have been a victim of domestic violence, as defined in Ohio Revised Code 3113.31(A), committed by Respondent; and 2) the following orders are equit able, fair, and necessary to bring about a cessation or prevention of domestic violence against the family or household member(s) named in the Petition. RESPONDENT SHALL NOT ABUSE the protected persons named in this Order by harming, attempting to harm, threatening, molesting, following, stalking, bothering, hara ssing, annoying, or forcing sexual relations on them.
