Based on a review thereof, 23 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that this case has been assigned 24 to the expedited track of the co urt s differential case 25 management system. The case proce ssing goal for this case, 26 from beginning to final disposition is no more than six (6) 27 months. 28 NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a scheduling conference will 29 be held in this case, to be by telephone conference, with the30 self-represented plaintiff or plaintiffs counsel initiating 31 the phone call.
