Sixth Judicial District Supreme Court Approved LR6-Form 2.02 June 29, 2000 1 LR6-Form 2.02 2 LOCAL RULE 6-206 CONSENT TO SERVICE 3 4 I, the undersigned, an attorney maintaining an office 5 in (Silver City) (Deming) (Lordsburg), New Mexico, 6 understand that in accordance with LR6-206 NMRA, I may have 7 an appropriate box or other place designated in the district 8 court clerks or judges office of such district where 9 copies of notices and other papers will be placed by the 10 court personnel, thus obviating the necessity of making 11 arrangements to reimburse the court clerks or judges 12 office for the cost of mailing. 13 In accordance with LR6-206 NMRA, I hereby consent to 14 service by court personnel of notices and other papers by 15 placement of such in said box or other appropriate place 16 designated in the district court clerks or judges office 17 for such purpose in connection with any case or proceeding 18 in which I may be a counsel of record. 19 Any such service shall be considered effective as of 20 the date stamped thereon, which shall be the date that such 21 is placed in said box or other place designated in the 22 district court clerks or judges office for such purpose. 23 This consent shall be effective until specifically 24 revoked in writing delivered to the appropriate district 25 court judge, Sixth Judicial District Court. 26 DATED this ____ day of ____________, _______. 27 _______________________________________28 Attorneys name <<<<<<<<<********>>>>>>>>>>>>> 2 Sixth Judicial District Supreme Court Approved LR6-Form 2.02 June 29, 20001 [Approved, effective October 2, 2000.] 2
