ORDER OF REFERRAL TO SETTLEMENT FACILITATION The co urt he reby orders that this case be referred to settlement fac i litation pursuant to LR3-702(D) and appoints the following attorney as the settlement facilitator: ____________________________________________________________ ____________________________________________________________. The above-named attorney shall serve as an arm of the court for the purposes of schedul ing and conducting the settlement facilitation conference. The settlement confer ence s hall beconcluded within thirty (30) days from the date of this order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the facilitator shall be paid a reasonable fee to be assessed equally to the parties. Payment is due within (30) days of the date of the settlement facilitation. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that no later than ten (10) days beforethe scheduled conference date, each attorney and pro se party shallmail or deliver to the settlement facilitator all of the information tha t is listed on the attached Settlement Conference Information Sheet. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that each party of record, each attorney of record representing that party who will be trying the case and each partys representative having actual and realistic authority to compromsie or settle the issues, including, but not limited to, insurance company representatives and guardians ad litem, shall bepresent in person during the conference and participate in good faith.
