FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURTSTATE OF NEW MEXICOCOUNTY OF [County] Case No.: [Case No.][Plaintiff] Petitioner, vs. [Defendant] Respondent. ORDER OF REFERRAL TO SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE THIS MATTER having come before this Court upon a Request for SettlementConference, the Court being fully advised in the premises, IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above captioned case is hereby referred toSettlement Conference. The assigned settlement referee is [attorney at law]. The settlementreferee is directed to return both the Settlement Conference Outcome Report and the Certificateof Compliance to the First Judicial District Court ADR Office. IT IS FURT HER ORDERED that counsel shall contact the Settlement Referee toarrange a telephone conference for the purpose of scheduling the Settlement Conference. Thetelephone conference shall take place no later than ten (10) days from the entry of this Order. The Settlement Conference shall be scheduled at the earliest possible date, but in no event laterthan ninety (90) days from entry of this Order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the attorneys who will be trying the case and eachparty or partys representative having actual and realistic authority to compromise or settle theissues (including, but not limited to, insurance company representatives and guardians ad litem)shall be present during the entire Conference. _________________________________ District Court Judge
