STATE OF NEW MEXICO COUNTY OF SAN JUAN IN THE DISTRICT COURT PETITIONER, VS. RESPONDENT, COURT ORDERED MEDIATIONTHIS MATTER having come before the Court and the Court having reviewed the file and being fullyadvised makes the following findings: 1. That this matter involves a dispute concerning child custody. 2. That Court ordered Mediation might assist the parties in resolving their differences. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the parties shall make arrangements with the District CourtClerk in Aztec/Farmington to view video tapes concerning child custody. The parties shall view suchtapes within ten (10) days of the date of this order. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the parties contact________________ who is hereby appointed mediator in this case and set up an appointment for ameeting with the mediator no later than __________________. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the mediation becompleted within a period of forty-five (45) days. If the parties have not been able to resolve theirdifferences at that time then the mediator shall certify to the Court that mediation has not resolved thematter and that this case should be set for hearing.
