STATE OF NEW MEXICO COUNTY OF SAN JUAN IN THE DISTRICT COURT PETITIONER, VS. Case Number RESPONDENT, COURT ORDER FOR COURT APPOINTED SPECIAL ADVOCATE This matter having come before the Court and the Court being fully advised in the premises, FINDS: 1. That a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), be appointed as an officer of this Court to represent this Court and to investigate the facts of the case and to report to the Court regarding the case and to perform such other tasks delegable to a CASA under the authority of the Court. 2. That upon presentation of this Order that confidentiality relating to the petitioner, respondents and their child/ren is expressly waived regarding the above entitled case including, but not limited to medical and police reports, and any person is authorized to give such confidential information written or oral, to the CASA as a direct representative of the Court. It is further ordered that the Clerk of the Court shall furnish CASA a copy of this case and any other pertaining files. 3.
