It is ordered that any transcription of testimony in this case be used only in civilproceedings when permitted by Paragraph A of Rule 1-032 NMRA of the Rules of CivilProcedure for the District Courts and criminal proceedings when permitted by Paragraph Nof Rule 5-503 NMRA of the Rules of Criminal Procedure for the District Courts.
