Post a bond, by check or money order (contact the court for the amount), made payable to Denton County, and send it to the Court along with this request. 2. You must not be convicted of NOR RECEIVE any violations for a period of 90 days. 3. To complete disposition of the above docketed charge, YOU MUST APPEAR AFTER 90 DAYS (or send by Mail, Post Marked after 90 days) and sign a sworn affidavit that you have not been convicted of NOR RECEIVED a moving violation for the deferral period. 4. Attach a copy of (1) valid current Texas Driver's License, (2) proof of Liability Insurance. WARNING: If you fail to appear at the final appearance date in person or by mail and comply with the above requirements, you will be convicted of the offense. AFFIDAVIT: 1. I have a valid TX Driver's License or permit, and it is NOT a commercial license (copy attached), OR am a member, or the spouse or dependent child of a member, of the United States Military Forces serving on active duty (copy of Military ID attached) 2.
