IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF ^ COUNTY, NEBRASKA ^, Case No. ^ Petitioner, vs. ORDER SETTING PROGRESSION CONFERENCE^, BY TELEPHONE Respondent. The Court ORDERS that a progression conference will be held in the above-entitledcase on ^, at ^, in the Judges Chambers in the Brown County Courthouse at Ainsworth,Nebraska. The conference will be conducted by telephone conference call, but counselmay appear in person at counsels option. The telephone conference call shall be arrangedby petitioners counsel, and the Judge shall be reached at 402-387-2162. The conferenceshall be subject to the following: 1.
