IN THE GENERAL SESSIONS CRIMINAL COURT SHELBY COUNTY, TENNESSEE _________________________________________________________________________________________ STATE OF TENNESSEE * VS. * * ______________________________ * BOOKING NO. _______________________________ DEFENDANT * __________________________________________________________________________________________ ORDER ALLOWING WORK RELEASE FOR SECOND OFFENDER CONVICTED OF DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED __________________________________________________________________________________________ This cause came on to be heard before the Honorable ________________________________ ______________________________, Judge, of Division _________ of the General Sessions Criminal Court of Shelby County, Tennessee, upon request of defendant, Pre-Sentence Report submitted by Pre-Trial Services statement of counsel and the entire record in the cause: From all of which it appears defendants request should be granted as follows: 1. Defendant _________________________________ has been convicted of Driving While Under the Influence of Intoxicant or Drugs, T.C.A. 55-10-401 et seq ., second offense,and that there were neither personal injury to nor death of another resulting from the offense. 2. Defendant, ______________________________, shall be allowed to participate in the Work Release Program as administered by the Work Release Director of the Shelby County Correctional Center. 3. Defendant shall be subject to all rules, regulations and conditions of the Program under the auspices of the Work Release Director. 4. Defendant shall provide room and board from his earnings based on the current rate of deductions as established by the Chief Administrative Officer of Shelby County Government. This rate is currently $38.00 per each day of incarceration. The rate will change as often as necessary to reflect the cost of operating the Correction Center. 5. This Order shall be in effect subject to cooperation and obedience by defendant, pending further orders of the Court.
