____________ Court ______________County ORDER OF VERDICT Case Number ________________Tennessee Page 1 of 1 State of Tennessee vs. Defendant(s) _____________________________________________________________ Came the Attorney General for the State of Tennessee and the Defendant(s): ________________________________________________________________________ ________________, and by (his) (her) (their) Attorney, who being arraigned at the ba r of the Court and charged on the bill of indictment with the crime of ________________________________________________________________, pleads not guilty to the same and for (his) (her) (their) trial puts (himself) (herself) (themselves) upon the County and the Attorney General doth the like. Thereupon came a jury of good and lawful men and women who had been duly elected, tried and sworn to well and truly try said issue of facts joined between the State of Tennessee and said Defendant(s), ____________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________ ________________. Said jury being composed of the following to-wit: _______________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________ ________________.
