Custody and Visitation Rules Genera l 1. Each pa rent s hall promptly give to the othe r parent a ny informati on recei ved concerni ng t he child(ren )s educat ion, including but not limited t o parent/teacher conferences, sc hool club meetings, school programs, athletic schedules , and other school activities in which the child(ren) are engaged. 2. Each parent s hall refrai n from discussing the conduct o f the othe r parent in the presence of the child(ren). 3. Under no circumsta nces s hall the ques tion of child support, ei ther as to t he am ount or as to the manner of transmission of pa yment, be raised in the pr ese nce of the child(ren). 4. Each parent s hall advise the ot her as soon as possible if he or s he is unable to keep the planned visitati on with the child(ren). Neither parent shall unreasonably question the child (ren) regarding the activities of the other parent. 6. Each parent shall keep the other parent informed as to his/her address, phone number and place of employment. 7. Each parent shall at all times have reasonable telephone access to the child(ren) and the child(ren) shall at all times have reasonable telephone access to each parent. Medical/Health Care /Emergency Care 8. Upon the happening of a medical emergency, the parent with the child, or the parent first making contact with the child(ren), shall make all nece ssary decisions during the emergency and shall promptly notify the other parent. 9. Each parent shall advise all health care providers and school officials that the other parent is to have access to any records concerning the child(ren) that are in the possession of such professionals. 10. Each parent shall properly inform the other parent of any serious illness or injury the child(ren) has/have which requires medical attention while the child(ren) is/are in that parents care. 11. Each parent shall provide the other parent with any and all medication needed by the child(ren) while the child(ren) is/are with the other parent. 12.
