Probate Court Form No. 56 (Schedule H) Disbursements of Income) SCHEDULE H DISBURSEMENTS OF INCOME Show for each disbursement: date, nature of disbursement, recipient and amount, disbursements must be grouped in the following categories: debts of decedent; funeral expenses; administration expenses; federal and state taxes; and fees. The subtotal for each category should be stated. Any attorney fees must be justified as provided in Rule 66 (c) of the Verm Rules of Probate Procedure. Fiduciaryont s fees mustalso be justified.
